| Hello Miguel. I happened to come across your review today via Google. I want to extend my apologies, on behalf of the whole company, for your unpleasant experience last year. I know it's been a few months, but I wanted you to know your voice has been heard and I will be presenting the issue to the rest of the team ASAP. | Our company paid vaulnetwork $ 220.00 every month for a dedicated server, the atmosphere was ostile and little profecional, this company does not know how to care for their customers, they had technical problems such as failure of electricity, a router defective, we purchased an SSL and could not install it after paying $ 100 per half hour, I would not recommend this company to anyone. 7 months were the most uncomfortable and paying a disservice. bad service |
