| first i was impressed to see their packages and i signed up for super alpha reseller, their support sucks and they dont reply, i post saveral tickets to restore my backup theni got only one reply that backup has been deleted while restoring (this is the extreme of nonprofessional ) after that i am not getting single response from them. their phone not working unreachable, only support only keep you waiting, email not resposding. bunch of non professionals |

| I investigated many hosts and vebnest.com was the best deal by far. I am very satisfied and recommend it to anyone who asks. I get unlimited domain names and mailboxes. The storage and transfer limits are far in excess of what I require. The price is the best around. They offer a lot of software but I dont know how to use it or what it is for, hence the lower score for user friendliness. Add to that high reliability and great support and you can see why I chose vebnest.com, and you should too. ... |

| Vebnest Nonsense. it is one of the poorest web hosting company. They don't know they are running a hosting company or running a vegetable shop. I got a reseller account 1 year ago and after using four to five months. my all website stopped at once and i even lost all my data. They answered "we are trying hard to recover your data" but still after completing the whole year, I yet didn't achieve my data. |
