| I was with VexxHost for four months when they suspended my website without notification or reason. After one week they finally advised me that hundreds of empty html requests were coming from my website. I asked them to find a tech person to clarify exactly what they meant. Two weeks later they said they were not sure but that anyway my website remained suspended to protect their server??? I cancelled my account and went elsewhere to a free host and uploaded exactly the same website to see what would happen. Well you guessed, nothing happened, because my website is super clean. The html requests they mentioned were in fact my website being scanned by the google search bot! The people who handle support at not tech wizards sat in an office in a data center, they are people sat at home trying to handle a service they really know nothing about. Since I was paying monthly I did not have to worry about refunds but seriously, at $7.00 a month they are worse than many free web hosts, and suspending accounts without a reason on a PAID host is beyond childish! You will be vexed with VexxHost - Their name says it all... |

| DONT host with these guys they suspended my website as there servers couldn't handle the load , that what they say Refused to refund me |

| When I purchased web hosting with Vexxhost I discovered that the login information that they sent to me was incorrect. After several unsuccessful requests for the correct login information, I asked for my purchase to be refunded under their "Full refund in the first 30 days policy". I have requested this refund many times through chat, email, and telephone messages. First I was told that I would need to request the refund though the email that I set-up the account with, which I did. Then I was told that they were having a problem with their billing system. Now my emails are ignored. Each time I speak with a representative though their live chat support, I'm told that they will escalate the problem with billing, but that is all they can do. In researching this company, I found this seems to be a common complaint against them. After a customer pays for service, they receive bogus login information. Then the company gives them the runaround, and never refunds the purchase. | Had too many problems with them... they generally don't like to help you with server stuff and my account got compromised (one of their people or hacker got into my account and they didn't know what to do... they just told me to open new ticket????). Get better hosting provider - that's my advice. |

| for sure the free hosting from 000webhost is better than vexxhost the paid hosting, eventhough u get more storage on vexxhost, but they have not even 95% uptime. vexxhost allow only 2% cpu usage, when the site gets 400 visitors per day, they asked me to move to vps, so i had to leave them to another shared hosting that give 10% cpu usage. |
