I will register you on my premier plan, you will upload your website. If the server goes down for more than 20 minutes you get your refund.

We have a 98% up time. We mostly do maintenace in off-peak hours, to reduce interrutions

We offer two services, web hosting and web design. Most of our clients simply want the ftp details to upload their websites. We also do web development - HTML and CMS like Wordpress and Joomla. To answer your question; we charge for website development...and offer unlimited free support. Just email the question if you are not sure if it falls under support or web development.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
