| Never host your site with WebHostingWorld.Net " I tried there services, and I struggled with the to keep all my web site up and running probable, from the first day I moved my website with theme I stated to face troubles, like page not found, memory limits issue, and there servers are in Hotmail black list. after 20 bad days I requested to cancel my order and retrieve my money back as they mentioned on there first webpage in there site to my before making the order, unfortunately they did not. " |

| Great support experience I do not speak the software (techie) language and so when I attempted an upgrade and didn't follow all of the necessary steps, I messed somethings up on my site. I sent in a support ticket and within 30 min I had a response and the team was on the job. They have been very responsive and didn't make me feel like an idiot when I asked questions (in an attempt to deepen my understanding). The team is responsive and helping me through my mess up!! | very very bad service....they sell blacklisted Ip addresses, i recently lost high value data on their server because they had drive issue and simply deleted my data and never recognized their fault...PLEASE NEVER SIGNUP THEIR...!!!! not serious at all !!! |

This is something you don’t see every day, and the fact that they include it in one of their basic packages is wonderful. Many other companies charge you a premium fee for unlimited bandwidth! |

| Scamming son of B&$#%s!!! DO NOT host or buy a domain from this company! Completely fraudulent! Making you believe they're a reliable company with FAKE credibilities and awards. Notice also that all the positive reviews are written on the same day. Totally thrash. I paid them to renew my hosting and domain ahead of the expiration time and found out that they have not done so and have no plan on doing so! It's been 14 days since my domain expired and they still gave not renewed my domain that I paid weeks in advance of the due date!!! Tried to talk to their live chat but all they're giving me is "submit a ticket" and kept promising me that it should be up in a few hours! Completely false and fraudulent! Filing a class-act -lawsuit! See u in court thieving dogs! |

| I used WHW from April 2012 up to the day of this post. Aside from the lag in up speeed here and there, I had no issues while hosting my site (http://hard-line.net). Even when I submitted tickets regarding increasing my memory size and the like, someone responded in real time. That was up until last month when I was notified to renew my domain and hosting, which expired on 3/30/12. I paid it THAT DAY. The next day, my site, its files, and all its connectivity was all gone. Couldn't connect on the user side, couldn't utiilize it via FTP. I made several inquiries about what the problem was. First I was told the site would propogate in a matter or hours. Then, I kept being told that the domain registration was down. Since then I've asked for my money back, complained, and everything else other than threaten to sue. NO RESPONSE. This was my first experience with a hosting scam. At this point, my files and data are even in limbo. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! THERE IS NO SUPPORT OF ANY KIND BY PHONE. (Dead giveaway) I have definitely learned my lesson, although a painful one. RESEARCH THESE WEBHOSTING SITES BEFORE YOU ARE LURED BY THEIR PRICES. THIS IS A TRUE TO LIFE SCAM.
