thier offer sitebuilder to all packages and after you py they say only for lyinux trying to get a refund is terrible they are holding it off so i have reported them to be a scam artist and told paypal so i could get my money back

I'm new to the web hosting world. I started with JustHost because of some sites that recommended it. I was naive enough to believe those. After I signed up, I started to read customer reviews of how awful JustHost was. Even though I had yet to experience it, I wasn't waiting around to find out. I will add though, I got my prorated refund from them right away (people have said they never rec'd theirs etc).
Anyway, after checking for a new web hosting company (and spending a long time looking at reviews) I went with WebHostingWorld. They are incredible. I haven't been with them very long at all but I had to utilize transferring my WordPress over, so I had to speak with their customer/tech support a lot. I used their chat service, and I never had any wait time to talk with someone. They are extremely knowledgeable and helped me move it in now time at all. They also had in depth help pages. Which I was able to follow very easily (but missed a step). Extremely polite and waited with me while I did everything.
I haven't had any issues, and I have a feeling I won't!!

|This host is a joke and whoever comes up and write positive review is conniving with the host. They claim to be in California but actually they are in India, hosting in USA.|
I use them for email account purpose but it has been really hectic and stressing. Tons of my emails get missing and after complaint they flush it to my mailbox but it seems they can't fix it. Too much downtime, both http and smtp. There is no guarantee if a process on the server will execute successfully. At one time the control panel was down, the ordering process in the client area fails i.e. I have to try again and again
I am a technical guy and the bottom line is they are not competent to handle hosting service. The questions they ask are not related to the problems. There are better $1 resellers out there.

|I am very please with my decision to move my sites to The webhostingworld. The hosting is great, but what is really important to me and my customers is their exceptional customer service. Anytime I have a problem, there is "Joana on the spot" I might add that any problem I have had, has been a lack of hosting knowledge on my part. They have been patient and a great resource. I highly recommend them as a hosting provider.|

|Webhostingworld.net has been wonderful right from the first contact I made with them. They have assisted me with my site design, registering my domain name and of course hosting my site. Nothing has been too much trouble, the effortlessly answer all my questions and assist in any way they can. The uptime is excellent and best of all, their prices are really competitive.|
I would recommend them to anyone!

|I use them more then two years and have some problems which is normal for every web host in the world. They have good support, though and they are fast and help me every time when I have need. I believe WebhostingWorld.net will continue to provide good and reliable services to their clients and I will continue use all WebhostingWorld.net services in the future|

|What ever positive thing you read here about this people is a simple LIE ! After two full stressed months my site is always offline from 11:00AM to 12:30 PM then again in the afternoon from 6:00 PM . Lots customers have called me saying that the order was interrupted because my site went OFFLINE in the middle of the transaction. If you just want to post your pictures then go for it. But if you run a more serious website Please make yourself a favor and stay away from this so called """Hosting Company""""|
