| I don't recomend webhostingworld.net I was buy a hosting plan and that's too slow, and the transfer is bad! when I was trying to transfer my site via FTP some conections where down and it was a head pain to upload my site, so I was open a ticket and they solve it. But with the domain... I also registrated my domain with they, and never activated it! I was pay it Oct. 24 and they said that I had to wait 2 days for the propagated process and it's Nov. 11 and the domain doesn't working yet!! I opened many tickets and they closed all whitout respond. On 1st. chat they said that they had some problems with the domain registration, an 2nd chat they said that the problems where solved, that I had to wait 6 hours, and guess what?... nothing! on 3rd chat they said I that I need to open a ticket to the billing dept. I did it since 3 days ago and 'till now, I have no response. So please find another reseller. |

| Well.. I purchased a reseller, Within minutes I noticed the server was the slowest Ive seen. EVER. And there support ticket average reply was about 2 hours. The live chat is fast, but fob you off with rubbish. Im a level 3 IT Technition. On EVERY page it says * No Risk * * 30 Day Money Back Guarantee *So I requested a refund, and had to wait while they decided weather to give me one. and then said I had to wait 72 hours. Now 4 days later, still no refund, or update on the ticket after updating myself. Company is a sham. Highly UN RECOMMENDED!!! be careful, |

| Stay away from them. . . . they lie as much as they can when your site is in trouble. support reps when you chat online they will speak lie in a technical way. My site is down sine 2 weeks and still they speak shit. |
