| I hav been dealing with webhostingworld.net for the last 4years, but til date didnt faced any problem... live suport panel is great, i use to regularly go through the reviews, but this is for the first time i am posting something.... i only use the hosting service, but its good to be honest, have never faced any problems till date.... who knows tomorrow.... but till date would like to give 4.5 out of 5...... |

| No matter how big or how small the problem, how simple or elaborate the question, Webhostingworld.net has always been able to give an answer with a quick response time. I love their live chat feature. I feel like I'm getting first class treatment from the support team. |

| Since the company setup a server for my site, it has a few problems and I report them all. They took a serious part of my report. They really fix them up still it run perfect and made me happy. Now, today about 1 year, my website haven't been a downtime and if there's one, it will not be more than 5 min.There tech support respond speed is exactly 15 min or less. |

| Web Hosting World are absolutely atrocious. I have had nothing but trouble with them since hosting my website with them some 18 months ago. My website is continually down and email forwarding only works periodically. I can't seem to get a proper response when submitting a support ticket and they seem to refuse to answer specific questions. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! |

| Choosing webhostingworld.net has been the best decision this year so far :D the customer support is so absolutely amazing that i even came to write about it! im new to these webhosting stuff and they've helped me in every single detail, all the way to what i've wanted. I consider myself a raving fan...!!! big time! i highly recommend it to anybody since i know this kind of service is hardly found these days. Completely wowed :) |

| Horrible experience! Sign up and PAY TWICE for Silver plan. 1st Payment it sends me through 2CO.Com then gives me some "Error". Transaction hits my bank. WHW claims they did not receive payment and can only accept PayPal. So I pay through PP, it goes through and I have access to cPanel but do not have a clue as to what the DNS is so I can channge with my registrar. Suddenly I have no acces to cPanel. Can not submit a support ticket. Chat tells me to go to billing, same problem can not submit a ticket. Chat tells me to email. I did so. No dice. Scam company. I am filing with the BBB, FTC and my State AG's office. These scumbags should be taken off line and charged with larceny. I am out of my hard earned money and now it delays us getting out web project up and going. |

| I have hosted with them three sites total... one site seems to be working properly because it is all html. the other sites continue to have problem. one even was infected and google reminded be in two or a few emails reminding me that the site is causing some trouble... i didn't think of the at first and assumed the webmaster was doing something... but it wasn't the case. one other website i invested so much time in and webhostingworld.net just decides to install a new server without notifying me. i have chat scripts and each agent, Laura, Samantha, Victor, Pam, Mary, Shandra, and Linda all promise and assure me that this was the last time the site will be down. The amazing part is they never have our chat history saved and they don't bother to review the tickets or anything. they are cheap but but they shouldn't make false promises. they don't even know what 99.9% uptime means and they guarantee this uptime percentage. all bull shit. i would never recommend their service to anyone. |
