Their customer service sucks. If you have a real issue, expect them to take for ever to fix it!

I was trying to set up my email using my domain name. I sent a request to have them change the XM records. It took them nearly 2 weeks to fix it! I'll pull apart and rebuild a diesel engine in a fraction of that time!

This sucked 'cause I needed to re-order business cards and needed my new email addy on them. Why would I pay to have my cards printed with an addy that won't work? Thanks for the delay Weebly.

Most every site requires a password! If Weebly didn't require a password for your friend's site, ANYBODY could access it and mess with it. This really makes no sense.

This isn't really a valid complaint because if your friend signed up with Weebly and set up a website, she HAD to have a password. I think she's just confused. Maybe she didn't publish the site yet? Or she doesn't know how to use the editor? I mean, it's a no-brainer that she'd need a password!

Call Weebly at 415-375-3268.

My friend set up a website for her business with Weebly, soon as she tried accessing it, it required a PASSWORD. She states she has no password and Weebly never gave her one, therefore she is not able to access her own site!!! Neither are her customers!!!

She emailed Weebly to get assistance with this issue, NOBODY from Weebly replied to her.

Weebly, PLEASE help us with this issue!

I love Weebly. It enables me to build a professional looking website for free. And domain/hosting fees are reasonable too. I have had no interruption of service since the Sept. 09 problems and I believe they have improved security.

My sites went down for about 5 days towards the end of September until Weebly was able to sort out the attack they had on their servers. This caused major disruption to my business and lost revenue for the whole time. Was NOT happy and had begun moving all my sites over to a new host when service was resumed in full working order.

I have just tried to access my sites this morning and NONE ARE WORKING again!!!!! Seems like they're having some major problem again as I keep getting a 'Page not found -connection error' message whenever I try to connect.

I can't keep loosing service like this Weebly! I'm loosing money as we speak! I wouldn't bother with Weebly if you want to host a legitimate site that earns you your income, they are just too unreliable! Once can be forgiven but happening again in just over a week now?! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

I think they have it under control now. Too bad they waited until they got attacked to make the changes they did. Keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn't happen again.

My site just crashed again. The whole Weebly website just crashed again, too. This is an absolute JOKE. They obviously were more interested in pumping out all those new features for the web-builder (most of which won't even work properly) that their security just sort of fell by the wayside.

Can we say "asleep at the wheel"? Yes, let's. Four days of this nonsense is quite enough.

Unbelievable.

I have two sites, they are both down and I presume have been for days.
This weekend, I visited and friend and helped him set up a Weebly web site.
Now, call me skeptical but his new site is working (and guess what - I bet this phase is the most likely someone will sign up to the Pro account?) and both mine are still down. Go figure!
Phil
