We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with our service, please create a support ticket requesting a full refund within the first 30 days. This applies to hosting only (not domain name registrations or dedicated servers).
What is your average uptime?
We guarantee 99.99% availability and offer 1 day of free hosting for each hour in excess of this, up to 30 days credit per calendar month. It is very rare that we have to payout under this guarantee, the last time being over a year ago.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
Support is via a web ticketing system. We aim to respond to urgent issues within 12 hours of them being raised. It is limited to technical issues with the hosting or other services. We can provide support with developing your site, but this will be a chargable extra.
