Try checking your junk/spam folders. 000webhost was considered to be junk/spam by my provider. If you don't check it within a certain time frame, they usually get deleted. It should send to you in 5 - 30 minutes. If it still can't be sent to you, make an e-mail account at hotmail.com or something. There it will be sent to your spam folder, but rather quickly and you should be able to work.
