I am very disappointed with 000webhost because although have good servers, its "service" is very bad. I refer to your customer service, for example because my site was under review and then have cancelled for abuse, but without the slightest explanation of the reason, they are very arbitrary, because if the review was manual, it is possible that mistake, and although the service is free, anyone has the right to reply, and they simply do not give you that opportunity.

Me refiero a su atención al cliente, pues por ejemplo mi web estuvo en revisión y luego la han cancelado por abuso, pero sin la menor explicación de la razón, ellos son muy arbitrarios, pues si la revisión fue manual, cabe la posibilidad de que se equivoquen, y aunque el servicio sea gratuito, cualquier persona tiene derecho a réplica, y ellos simplemente no te dan esa oportunidad.
