We are sorry for inconveniences, but the server where this account is located is currently down for maintenance (we are working on server software and control panel upgrades). Server will back online in about 5-20 minutes. Please do not submit any tickets and take this message as an explanation

That was at 20:00hr GMT it is now 02:00hr GMT, they now say that it is down due to hardware failure ??
So what is it then I am confused is it down for maintenance or is down because of a SATA controller ????
Most hosting company's have redundancy systems designed to prevent this type of longterm outage. Ie a server that has the backups on and detects when the main server has been down for a set time, it then takes the load until the main box is back up and running.
