Ok so today i was going to release my site, but it seems the server is down.. BUT!! my friends say it up.. no browser nor computer on my network is able to connect.. except friends..

i can access it via proxy, but not without one..

is it possible my isp blacklisted?

i dunno... cause it never was like this before...
