I currently have about 8 accounts / subdomains.
When I try to create a new account / subdomain I get this error message:

I've been getting this error message for the last 2 days and I wasn't able to create a new account. But the last subdomain that I created was almost a week ago.
Does that mean that I have I hit a limit on the number of accounts or is that a bug?
I've just deleted 2 subdomains but I'm still unable to create a new one... (same error message)
