Why help desk isn't working?
I had asked admin and this is the answer:

How to solve it?

They should register wot another email. @gmail.com doesn't have any problem in receiving our mail. Other can move it to spam folder for some reason.

I would try to reply on every thread,if I don't reply on your threads,there are 3 main reason.
1)Sorry for my limited knowledge,I don't know how to help you.
2)I am not online right now.
3)The question is already answered by other members.
