Hello all,
I just signed up into the family 3 weeks ago. I am extremely pleased with the free BASIC hosting of my website. I am extremely pleased with the fast turn-around of responses to my support tickets. "Fast & Friendly" should be your logo, I used your FTP Client & a third party FTP Client to upload my website to your server, over 200 files and templates went "Quick & Smooth" into your server. Today I upgraded my account to your Gold Package just to see if the paid service is better than the free service. I'll keep you posted on the results. I give this company an A+ on my service report card.
