Alot of people are getting confused as to what this is, and some just wondering why does it take so long.

When your site get's redirected to that page it means the admin(s) have to check your site. For things such as TOS violations. Yes it has been taking longer than what the page says, but it's because the admin(s) are offline and the review thing happens automatically even if there not on. So please have patience. Also Before you post your question make sure to use the search feature because chances are someone else has the same question.
