I did first notice it was work in progress, the template is pretty nice, but the text is squashed, I suggest making it a bit smaller, possible size 2?

Also, the Under Construction note is a little bit not noticable, and may make visitors not want to come return, they may not notice it. This is not needed, as many users will see it, but it's a little more fancy. Before and after the
