Well. just a correction:

I read tos for at least 5 times since midnight and still can't understand what violation you could have spotted: there weren't!
Unless you think a BACKUP SITE (an exact copy of another that is dismissing) is a phishing site... If so, you should AT LEAST ask to add relevant visual feedback for the user to know he's not on the original one but on a copy before ZAPPING it. Expecially since your tos doesn't forbid it.
BTW, 10 seconda and 32MB for PHP scripts already made me think about getting another hosting provider.
