I tried to rename the file to index.html but I got this error:
Warning: ftp_rename() [function.ftp-rename]: Rename/move failure: Read-only file system in /home/manager/public_html/includes/filesystem.inc.php on line 403

and the file would not rename.

Then I thought I could just make a new file that was names index.html and start over but when I tried to upload it I got this error:
Warning: ftp_put() [function.ftp-put]: Rename/move failure: No such file or directory in /home/manager/public_html/includes/filesystem.inc.php on line 2565

and it would not upload the file.

Any ideas?
