I'm also almost positive that you're apart of their little group since you're advertising and fighting it so much. The company makes more money off you doing advertisements like the surveys and affiliate codes then the actual domain costs.

There is nothing to say they won't kick you away. You made money, the registered the domain for you, they legally own the domain, you have no title to it. This is just basic legal argument.

You may get your domain from filling out surveys and spending money with them... But in the end it's easily compared to a scam because you really have no control over your domain. It being based on Texas Servers (Where I am )... It makes me want to send a request to the Houston company to investigate them for possible fraudulent activity.
To answer a couple of questions you make I can answer easily, their are currently 2 payed mobile surveys and a lot of free surveys. Because we are not from USA ourself we didn't notice this and after a couple of people complained about this we have added it to our news and FAQ that their are a couple of mobile surveys. It is still possible to get your domain for free.

The grammatical errors is because the crew isn't native English so we are trying our best to keep the errors out and everyone is always free to contact us about a small error and we will try to fix it as soon as possible.

We added to our ToS that we are allowed to close any account at any time because we wanted to have a safety net so our users that use our system without any cheating can not be harmed because any hacker/cheater that has found a small loop-hole in our system. Almost any website that offers a sort of service has the same line we do. If google wants to close your g-mail account they just can, if paypal wants to close your paypal account with 10.000$ on, they just can. They won't do it because they make more profit from being honest against their clients and we follow the same idea.

That we first put the domain under our name is because a lot of people are afraid of putting their personal details on the internet and a simple whois check will reveal them all. So we offer a sort of service that you won't need to pass us your personal information. If you want your domain under your name, you can just ask us and we will change it as soon as possible. We are not interested in claiming your domain for what ever reason.

That we request a small fee for transfering domains is normal, if you have an account on namecheap the transfer will be free (updated our FAQ) but if you want your domain to godaddy or any other service you will need to pay us a small fee because this will cost us a couple of dollars (transferfee).

That a mobile survey will cost you $120/year is only if you want it, as we described, offers like these need to offer a stop-code. The user can just send his stop-code after he received his points and won't need to pay anymore.

I hope I've helped you out a bit and if you want to correct a couple of errors, be free. We can only become better if someone tells us what's wrong.
