If your site is hosted on server 18 and you can not access it, please be sure we are working on this issue already. Server works just perfectly itself, but datacenter seems having issues with data loss, so websites hosted on this server can not be opened from some locations.

We have informed datacenter and their staff is working on this issue already. If you can not open websites hosted on server 18, please do not submit support ticket - it will be fixed as soon as possible.

Status Update:

Datacenter just told us, that main IP of this server was blocked because of DDOS attack. We are trying to solve it as soon as possible.
