For some unknown reason both DNS servers (ns01 and ns02) wend down at the same time.
This is extremely rare, especially because both servers are hosted by 2 different internet service providers and both have different configuration.

It took sometime to resolve this issue and bring servers up (it's Sunday here..).

Anyway we will add more DNS servers such as ns03.000webhost.com and ns04.000webhost.com in nearly future to make sure it will not happen again.

It is nice to have more name server to prevent this from happening but it does make a big impact.
