Hello 000Webhost and thanks for offering the three webpage area.. it is really nice to see a no strings attached "free" offer for once.
Right, now onto the nub of it, I am building a website for my corp for the game "eve-online" and i am in the process of adding a killboard, however it is stopping due to an error "xxxxx_ has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 150000) "
Question 1. Does the paid for website allow more SQL queries? how many exactly per hour do you allow?
Question 2. several users based in the USA and myself in spain are experiencing what we can best describe as woefully slow speeds, often pages stop responding and we have to click refresh several times for them to show.. a real pain when posting n the forum I can tell you, and its not just the forum, its every page is slow to load.
Now this is for users both in europe and the USA. IS the paid for version faster? I can understand why a "free" server would be throttled in some way.. but please tell me, if you paid for the server would we see an increase in speed?
Hmm.. what kind of website it should be if it makes 150000 MySQL queries per hour?? Free web hosting is really not for such big websites as it will simply kill the MySQL server soon. I think every free host will simply kick such websites off.
And yes, paid version does not have any limits, but I do not guarantee that they will be able to host such website and may also kick you off for using all server resources.
