The domain you put avenidadrock.com registered for months. Have you registered your name you then pay for the domain?
If so you should enter the web of your domain registrar and change the DNS to point to webhost. If not you should know that free accounts are not given a domain.com but a subdomain.

I didn't pay for nothing but my accounts says this:

I think you're wrong. You have not registered a domain. You've told him that the domain webhost avenidarock.com it was yours, and has asked webhost / is asking you to change the DNS in the company where you registered and paid for the domain.

Since it appears that the domain is not yours, you can not change the DNS. Nor does using a subdomain (radio.avenidarock.com) domain appears that is not yours (avenidarock.com), and therefore the subdomain is not yours.

If you have not paid anything, you have not registered the domain. You've probably misunderstood (do not understand) the registration form webhost account.

If you have a domain because you have registered and you have paid or given away (in the account do not give away free webhost domain, but subdomains) in the registration form webhost account fill out the field "I want to host MY OWN domain:" Then you will have to go to the website of the company where you registered the domain and change the DNS.

If you have not registered and paid a domain, webhost can give you a subdomain and in the registration form instead of the previous field will have to fill the one called "or, I will choose your free subdomain (recommended):"
