the problem about Verification in progress.
my friend has been register the account before me.
but he is still in progress. and i know he really need this hosting.
and he is NOT a Misuser.

i hope someone can pass the verification of his account.
he tell me that have been try to submit a ticket, but no one reply him.
so i have to get someones help here.

chanh is trying to say is that if he has submitted a ticket and has got no reply it has been rejected. so he cant have an account.
