I want to host a PHP and MySQL Script that does the following

do you have a license to broadcast music and are you on the free or paid hosting?

I have not yet signed up, but i meant the free plan

I am not aware of any license needed to play music on a website?? as there are MILLIONS of such websites on the net, which i am sure do not.

if its an online radio i think you need permission from the copyright owners.

the TOS say
