How do I access my Custom Error Pages that are advertised for free accounts? I can't find them in my control panel or FTP.

You make them via FTP,pages and .htaccess.

Create a file called: .htaccess inside public_html (where the main index.html is), and write this in it:
ErrorDocument 404 /error.html

Now create the page error.html in the same folder.
