I was join in 000webhost and my account is active my there is message error in my control panel and I can't access my site. message error say update name server. this warning will remove 24-48hours after nameserver update. so how to change or update name server? what do I have to do?

I am very disappointed with 000webhost because although have good servers, its "service" is very bad. I refer to your customer service, for example because my site was under review and then have cancelled for abuse, but without the slightest explanation of the reason, they are very arbitrary, because if the review was manual, it is possible that mistake, and although the service is free, anyone has the right to reply, and they simply do not give you that opportunity.

I will have to say that thiis server www.000webhost.com would have the worst when your own website gives you a virus. The admin here basically said thats too bad because its the scriirt they use and oh welll.
