Try doing CTRL-F5 which will force a reload of the cache.

Ok, do you have an index.html, index.htm or an index.php uploaded at all?

Have you pointed the nameservers correctly?
What is your domain?

If the domains weren't pointing to 000webhost correctly, it wouldn't be showing the default page, it would be showing a blank white page for .tk domain.

When I first registered one of my sites and made a dot.tk domain for it, it took about 5-10 minutes to update when I uploaded the files. But now it seems fine.

The same thing's probably happening to you... Not sure though.
