Default Wordpress installation - 11-04-2010, 08:30 PM

I have 2 web sites here.
The first is here net84.net
The second-netne.net

On the first I have Wordpress installed, but I can't do that with the second site.
I upload in the public_html wordpress-3.0.1.zip here -Archives (zip, tar, tgz, gz)
I wait 3-4 minutes and then a white screen appears( there isn't any text..)
When I refresh the File manager there is a wordpress folder but it's empty.

The Zip file is 2,82 MB...and it worked in the first site.

I hope you will help me ; ) !

Try uploading the files using an FTP client like FileZilla.

Did you upload the .zip file or the files inside it in FileZilla?

I have exactly same problem.
Either by uploading file or, if uploading was successful, then Unzipping archive.
In best case Unzipping is partial - not all files and directories unzipped.

The probably best way is to unzip the WordPress archive locally and then upload all the files with a ftp client. The unzip is likely to fail because of size restrictions on the server and unzipping an archive the size of WordPress will fail because of timeouts.
