Yes, your welcome to embed videos as long as you are not breeching any copyright laws and that the videos are suitable for younger viewers.

Hello,
They are legal as long as the videos you publish don't have copyright rights or video author is authorized to post copyrighted videos.

Regards,
Rodrigo

Since when did you have the authority to say what and what can't be hosted?

Hello,
I'm sorry but he was asking if it was legal.
I was only answering to the question if publishing embed videos was legal.

Rodrigo

Thanks for reply guys.

Then, i can embed videos, documentaries about politics, games, techs, astronomy, science etc on my site?, from Youtube, Googlevideo, Vimeo, Megavideo, Dailymotion etc?

Because i dont want to spend 2 months working on it and wake up that my account has been suspended because of the broken terms, and loose all that time with all the site.

I just want to be sure.

And if violate copyrights?

For exemple i embed one video from YouTube, one documentary about politics or whatever.

Im violating the terms if i embed on my blog/site?

Or Youtube is violating the terms?
