i can`t access the web - 07-20-2008, 05:22 AM

at any moment, but I could not access my site. the Server are off?
20 minutes ago and I'm trying to access but I do not have success.

I'm in the same condition since yesterday, I submited a ticket but it still not solved, I'm in the server 8 by the way.
