The TOS says:

5. Chat, proxy, or file download scripts are not allowed.

I am going to break the TOS if I create a website like userjs.org? I need your confirmation because I dont want to get my web site on 000webhost be deleted, but I need to create this web site.

Site containing scripts like http://userjs.org/ will be OK (as long as published scripts will not be copyrighted)

Dont worry, all scripts will be hosted under autorization by their respectives autors, like userjs.org does.

Also, I working on a system where the authors can be register and upload their scripts.
