I want my site to have an irc server - how do I install it?

IRC servers can't be installed on neither free nor paid accounts. If you want to run your own IRC server (Unreal or any other one) you will need to get a least a VPS server with shell access to install it

Also, a VPS server normally costs around $20 monthly. Some extremely cheap VPSes go for less but they don't come with the bandwidth and RAM you would need to run a lagless and dependable IRC server.

You can try to find free IRC server provider but I don't think you will find. Try.
