You can always check the disk space usage by using FileZilla or another FTP client.

Perhaps it's related the the file managers getting moved to new servers. Anyway, here is you current usage figures:

I've experienced the same lately and yes I have uploaded my files and can see the status with my ftp client FileZilla.
So just pointing out that the moving of your file managers maybe is the case
