We do not allow vBulletin. As we do not have any means to check whether a forum is legit or not accounts hosting vB, IPB, XenForo or any other commercial forum/cms system will be suspended on sight.

But why? Maybe a user can decide to pay just for his commercial script and use free hosting and domain.

You have said that a user's vbulletin won't be checked, it will be suspended. I haven't saw any reason.

However, like lobrc pointed out correctly the reason why certain things are not allowed is not up for discussion and therefore this topic will be closed now as the original question has been answered.
