DNS Problem

Hello People
sorry i disturb but i bought a domain from one company and i apply for a free host from another company not 000webhost. My page was ok for two week and then they send me an email that dns nameserver doesnt point to their server.
I ask the company that sell the domain to me and they help me to change it but the company that offer me free webhost doesnt reply for 4 days now.
Its been now 10 days that i cannot see my site.
I want to sign with 000webhost.
What do i need to do now? Do i need to delete the other account and again change domain nameservers to point 000webhost?

According to the whois records your haven't pointed your domain to our nameservers yet.

this is what im asking.
if i delete with the other company and move to 000webhost and point the page to your nameserver my page will uploaded immediately or i have to wait again 2-3 days.
Also if i cannot see it online anybody will help me with the settings?

Why don't you just point your domain to 000webhost and upload your data, then when your domain fully resolves delete your other account? Then you wont get any downtime.

your name servers are:
brandshopcy.com. 86400 IN NS ns2.123-reg.co.uk.
brandshopcy.com. 86400 IN NS ns.123-reg.co.uk.

and should be somethinkg like:
brandshopcy.com. 86400 IN NS ns01.000webhost.com.
brandshopcy.com. 86400 IN NS ns02.000webhost.com.

You can request a domain nameserver change. Then download your data from the old hosting company (files, MySql databases and so on) after downloaded delete the account. Register your domain on 000webhost by visiting this page: http://www.000webhost.com/order.php
If your nameservers haven't yet changed you will see a WARNING in your control panel that the domain is not yet pointing to 000webhost.com nameservers. When they are changed, the warning will disappear.
