Before you continuing to mourn the loss of your site and how you paid $195 for your forum let me ask you a question:

When i download a copy of vBulletin from the member area at vBulletin.com i receive an archive in which all files do have a license number in the header and a download datestamp/timestamp in the footer of the .php files.

Your files did not have that. Now what does that tell me?

If you are going to host vBulletin you should buy a license.
People don't like nulled scripts.
