I was just wondering, is Jforum able to be used here?

As long as you don't have to pay for it(license) then yes.

If this is it: http://jforum.net/ then go right ahead. Just be sure that you disable the user registration conformation though email, or use a different mail server to prevent your account from being suspended for mass mail.

Yes, it is that jforum. I wouldn't be using 000.webhost's email anyway. I was just wondering cause jforum is java based and some webhosts don't allow it. :/

You can try. But for mail servers I won't reccomend other mail service. You can use 000webhost's mail server. Here's a reccomendation from me: you can allow only 1 registration per hour.
