My current registrar have asked for the 'IPS Tags' to allow the transfer of my domain to this site.
I have given them the nameserver details, but that is no use to them apparently.

So what are the IPS tags for this provider?

Internet Provider Security (IPS) tags are used by Internet Service Providers (ISP) to allow control of the Domain Name System (DNS). An IPS tag is the case sensitive label that applies to each ISP and is required to transfer domain names from one ISP to another. All ISPs are allocated these tags when they apply to become an ISP.

000webhost is no domain registrar/ISP and we cannot perform domain transfers in terms of changing registrars, but you are welcome to point your domain to your hosting account here by either using an A-Record or changing the NS servers of your domain

I previously had thought that 000webhost was also a registrar!
In that case, I guess I will have to go back the existing registrar and try to gain access to the DNS details (or move to another registrar).

Further to my previous request (for IPS tag details), I have now established that my current registrar is willing to change the 'A record' as required, but not the nameservers.

Where can I find the 'A record' information that they need to re-direct my domain to 000webhost?
