Hi,
Recently, I have been trying to install a new domain on my account . But, It says that the operation failed and they will create it manually.... etc .
This always shows up.. a month passed and the message is as it is... Failed and we will create it manually.PLZ help.

I created a new account to avoid dealing with the problem above.. And when I tried to register my only and first domain... it said wait for 24 hrs for activation... Trust me .. It has been 2 weeks since I saw that message for the first time. Every day I check it 3 or 4 times.. but nothing is changed .. plz help me as possible as u can

You can search the forum answers the same problem.

It's also good to write information such as your current 000webhost subdomain and the domain name you're trying to configure.

Finally you can submit a ticket from "Members Area" -> "Get Help" for administrators to review your account.
