My friend has register 000webhost.com for more than one month. But his account always in verifying.
He even cant register this forum because of the "Account verification in progress, check again in 24 hours"

I think it's very frustrating that your account cant be actived nor deleted.
Who can help fix this problem? My friend's domain is tradesuns.com

Yes, he did. I think is the IP address problem, 000webhost has banned some IP from somewhere.

Sometimes, it helps you give the ticket number.
Another observation is that tradesuns.com domain currently points/have other different nameservers that 000webhost.

Have sent 3 tickets in a month but get nothing feedback.
And have set the domain's A record to 000WEBHOST, which can show the 000webhost's AD while open www.tradesuns.com, but verification still in progress.

No, you haven't, you've set it to the IP of server43.000webhost.com, which isn't going to work for you (regardless of the verification status).

Revisit your 000webhost control panel and get the correct IP.

I am confused. Is this your acocunt or your friend's account?
Regardless of that i cannot find any ticket submitted for the account hosting tradesuns.com. Please resubmit a ticket from your member area asking to activate the acocunt.
