ticket numbers...?
after submitting a ticket, i get this message :
"you've submitted the ticket successfully. You'll get the answer in 24 hours"
but the "Get help" tab still shows"no open tickets".

Contacting via e-mail is the only way left; unless they leave them a number to ring.
