more than 48h and no one response me

Until now,more than 48h in Verification in progress, I have submitted two tickets but no one answer me.
My current hosting provider is not very good,so I am looking for a more stable webhost for free,there is no double that 000webhost is my best choice.But it's very frustrating that my
account is still not activated.

Is free hosting of 000webhost opened to Chinese?
Please help me,thanks!!

Sorry to hear that, i am just a member so i can't do anything. Check your email man, also i looked at 000webhost TOS, and i am sure chinese is allowed.

My website current hosting service provider is freehostia..but it is not good,so i want to move my website to 000webhost..
i am so confused that when my registered ip is not in China ,the account will soon be activated.when my registered ip is in China,the account will in Verification in progress.

I just submitted a fourth ticket and get this message:
Your ticket has been submitted successfully. You will get reply in 24 hours.
Hope someone will reply to my ticket..

Ok, I'd make sure you wait the full time also, not sure but I think if you submit another ticket before the 24 hours are up then you're just adding another 24 hours to the reply time.
