i have an account in 000webhost , but 000webhost not open this account
now i wan't to cancel this acount because i park domain to another account , so can 000webhost opend this account or delete domain in this account ?

Does "Cancel / Delete Account" icon in members area/cpanel do the job? If not then you may have to submit a support ticket.

You should be able to access your control panel now and delete the account.
