Hello, I'm starting up a new site. I want to sell games that I make on a subdomain, but the ToS says I may not use any file sharing scripts. Does that mean that my subsite would be in violation of the ToS?

And, on that same vein, I also run a forum here. It has an attachment feature, and people can download certain types of files. Is that against the rules, also? Not trying to be a smart aleck here, just want to make sure.

I think file sharing scripts are more in the lines of torrent style sites. Selling a product you own is not a problem. Would you put off site download links to the games?
Forum should also be ok, just use a little commonsense

No, they would be in a separate folder, like this:
root»public_html
root»games

I would reference from my script, and pull from there if someone purchased anything.

Still illegal not unless if you own the movie. Just Google a news about a teenage guy who was prosecuted because he thought linking a movie to his site for download/watch is not illegal. Pure fantasy if you ask me
