I am thinking about getting the premium service, $4.84/month plan. However, when I read the TOS, It states "8. Nulled software such as ip.board or vbulletin is not allowed to be hosted." Isn't even premium service is not allowed?
I have a customized forum script. Is that violate the TOS?
Are there a list of forum script that are not allowed?

I think that nulled software is always prohibited on any server that is legal.

and not allowing you to use nulled,(pirated, cracked, or other wise unlicensed ) programs on site free or paid ...

read carefully wording is important and sometimes unless you read several times the smallest word can make the biggest difference...
