To whomever this may concern:

I was thinking about using Wordpress for a Blog Project which provides Infos about latest Script Releases which have been nulled. I am aware of that being not a nice move, but i really wanna just publish info about what has been release. No Download Links, no Links to release sites, nothing. Basically just the NFO file, nothing else.

So my question is:
Would that be frowned upon and be a violation of ToS, since it´s not really pirated materials or something imho.

There is nothing illegal in reporting news- it's called freedom of the press.

For example, if a news reporter films a horrific car accident- the news reporter is not responsible (unless direcly in the way).

So in your case- the only offense you are doing is to the pirates themselves who want "Linkz to muh w4rez!"
